BRUVS Underwater Cameras

Research and Development

We had the pleasure of organizing a sea outing with our partners from Community Jameel, Mr. George Richards, Director, and Mr. Nathaniel Daudrich, Product Manager. Community Jameel actively supports projects in the fields of science, humanitarian work, and technology.

Thanks to their support and close collaboration with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, AMPN has been equipped with BRUVS cameras, a tool that allows for deeper studies of marine biodiversity.

Mr. Richards and Mr. Daudrich personally deployed the cameras, demonstrating their ease of use and later discovering stunning footage of bluefin tuna swimming in their natural environment.

This immersive morning provided a tangible understanding of the research program supported by Community Jameel within and around Monaco's Marine Protected Areas.

This synergy between science, nature conservation, and philanthropy is essential to ensuring a sustainable future for our oceans.
