Conference and interactive workshops: AMPN, a look back at half a century of actions in service of Marine Protected Areas

This afternoon, the Monegasque Association for the Protection of Nature proudly hosted the conference “MAPN: a look back at half a century of actions in service of Marine Protected Areas”, organised with the support of the Mairie de Monaco. This evening was an opportunity to highlight 50 years of commitment to the protection and management of Monaco’s Marine Protected Areas.
Participants then had the opportunity to deepen their understanding through interactive and engaging workshops, stepping into the shoes of scientists to better understand the challenges of preserving marine biodiversity.
A big thank you to the Mairie de Monaco for their support, to Mrs. Karyn Ardisson Salopek, 8th Deputy Mayor, to Mrs. Nathalie Vacarezza, Town Councillor, as well as to everyone who joined us with curiosity and enthusiasm.
